Friday Musings: yoga spray demo with my mom & Willie

So my mom adopted her sweet dog, Willie several months ago. My mom is incredible. She teaches pilates and Barre classes in our area and has been rescuing dogs my whole life. I brought my mom some new yoga mat spray and had her demo it and sure enough Willie decided to check out the process.

Wille popped his little dog self into this video of my mom using the yoga mat spray on her mat and I love it! 

He's still a bit skiddish as his past treatment wasn't the best. My mom is lovingly working with him to help him with all his fears.
