Muscle Relaxation & Pain Relief: Magnesium sulfate in Epsom salts is thought to help relax muscles and reduce soreness after exercise or strenuous activity like tennis, golf, or even jiu jitsu :)

Inflammation Reduction: Some research suggests that Epsom salt baths may help reduce inflammation and joint stiffness, potentially benefiting conditions like arthritis. 

Stress Reduction: The water and the calming effect of magnesium sulfate can contribute to stress reduction and relaxation.  

Improved Skin Health: magnesium sulfate can help exfoliate dead skin cells, leaving the skin feeling softer and smoother.

What's in a Name?

Did you know that 8 is the start of an elephant herd? Did you also know that elephants are the engineers of their environment? Pretty cool I think. When I was thinking about creating my business this concept of community and eco-engineering felt so exciting. I'm working behind the scenes to bring amazing Epsom salts that are fully part of the circular economy.

This is a bit of a passion project because health is personal & so close to home.

For one, my family has a variety of health concerns that matter to me immensely. My little sister has only ever been able to use unscented bath items due to her own health concerns.

This IS a brand born from passion & built on connection. Whether it’s volunteering, showing up at local markets, or chatting with customers, 8 Elephants by Molly is about fostering relationships and grassroots growth.
