This magnesium oil is a 1:1 dilution with distilled water and is best used after a workout or about one hour before sleep.
Sold in a 4oz lead-free glass bottle
How to Use: Recommended to start slow and add more sprays as needed, and suggested to use about 1 hour before sleep for the best benefits.
To start, apply 2-4 sprays to the bottom of your feet or behind your knees, and then build up to 10-15 sprays over time.
Always patch test and discontinue if irritation occurs! For external use only. Do not ingest.

Top Quality Epsom Salts
First off, the product itself is amazing. We tried the muscle restoration blend of epsom salts and the smell was so good! You only need a little to make the whole bathroom smell like eucalyptus. The salt was such good quality and the packing was adorable. In comparison to store-bought epsom salts…there is no comparison. These are 10x better. The owner, Molly, is also so sweet and knowledgeable. Will 100000% be back for my next bag of epsom salts.
