IN THE SHOWER
Wet your skin with warm water. Place a small amount of Shower Salts into your hand and gently massage onto tired areas of the body. Rinse thoroughly.
For a more concentrated experience, mix the salts with a little warm water to create a paste and apply to targeted areas. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
FOR TIRED FEET
Add to a basin of warm water for an easy post-run or post-workout foot soak.
