One year. One dream. Eight lessons.

This little business has taught me more than I ever expected. As 8 Elephants by Molly turns one, here are 8 things I've learned along the way:

1. Done is better than perfect. Launching taught me more than planning ever could.
2. People don't just buy products—they connect with stories, values, and the people behind them.
3. Community is everything. Every market, every conversation, every returning customer has helped this brand grow.
4. Sustainability isn't always the easiest path, but it's always worth it. Every decision matters.
5. Small wins deserve to be celebrated. They add up to something bigger than you realize.
6. It's okay to ask for help. No one builds a business alone.
7. Growth isn't always measured in numbers. Sometimes it's confidence, resilience, and learning something new every single day.
8. I'm just getting started.
