Directions & Suggested Usage:
- Add a large handful of herbs (approximately 2-4 tablespoons) to 1-2 quarts of boiling water. Let steep for 30 minutes to an hour, then strain and allow the infusion to cool. Add to your sitz bath basin or bathtub. Adjust the water to a comfortable temperature, ensuring your perineal area is fully immersed in the infusion. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
- This infusion can also be used to make padsicles or added to a peri bottle for easy rinsing
Bath Tub Only Option
Alternatively, scoop 4 tablespoons of sitz bath herbs into a muslin bag or reusable tea bag and drop into a shallow bath.
Regular use encourages deep relaxation, providing comfort and care during this transformative time.

Marshmallow Root: Known for its soft, soothing properties, marshmallow root offers a gentle addition to the bath, making it a wonderful herb for sensitive areas.

Top Quality Epsom Salts
First off, the product itself is amazing. We tried the muscle restoration blend of epsom salts and the smell was so good! You only need a little to make the whole bathroom smell like eucalyptus. The salt was such good quality and the packing was adorable. In comparison to store-bought epsom salts…there is no comparison. These are 10x better. The owner, Molly, is also so sweet and knowledgeable. Will 100000% be back for my next bag of epsom salts.
